OVERVIEW
You will write a 25-page research paper in current APA format that focuses on an applied topic
of your choosing related to healthcare economics and decision-making in the healthcare industry
or a healthcare facility. The paper must include at least 20 references in addition to the course
textbook and the Bible. All sources must be less than 10 years old. You will complete the
following assignments: Research Project: Annotated Bibliography, Research Project:
Outline, a Research Project: Draft, and a Research Project: Final Paper in order to
complete this project.

Research Project: Annotated Bibliography Assignment
You must list at least 20 scholarly sources from peer-reviewed journals, not including the
course textbook and the Bible. A single paragraph of 50–75 words must be provided to
give a brief description of each resource. The annotated bibliography will be checked for
plagiarism via the Turnitin tool.
