Following the creation of your project goals/objectives/indicators, monitoring plan (see attached), you are now to design an evaluation plan using 2-3 slides PowerPoint presentation. Your previous presentations on project problem statement, objectives/indicators, log frame/monitoring plan should help you develop the evaluation plan.
