Make templates for everything! Post 1, 2 for SOAP, and 3 APA SOAP. The APA SOAP is not a narrative type paper. You can have lists and bullet points. I spent so much time on making it a narrative, kinda like a dictated note you would see in a chart..wrong. Thankfully no points taken off, I think bc she felt bad I spent so much time.

Don’t try to see every patient your first week. Or if you do, put a cap on how many patients you’re going to put into elogs……………………
