As a team, using two scholarly sources on dispositional and situational attribution (peer reviewed from the library or Google Scholar), prepare a 1050-1200 word paper in which you explore the effects of social influences on an historical individual’s personal development.  As a team, please secure topic approval from the instructor prior to the submission of the paper.

As a group, choose an historical figure that you would like to research.   In your search, find out 2-3 individuals who helped shape the historical figure’s development through toddler, child, and adolescent years.    Research and describe situational or dispositional attributions about the historical figure’s actions and behaviors.  Research and describe what you learned as to what helped develop the historical figure’s attitudes toward authority, competitors, subordinates, the opposite sex, or another generation.    Research and describe the effects the social world had on the historical figure’s identity.
