It is expected the student will participate in all online activities and assignments a minimum of two days per week. Students are strongly encouraged to ‘check in’ a minimum of every 48 hours for announcements and messages. The student is responsible for contacting the instructor regarding issues related to non-participation and missed or late assignments. A student may be required to withdraw from class for excessive absence from online activities and discussions. Attendance Verification (DUE BY MIDNIGHT ON SUNDAY MAY 17, 2020 Your attendance in this course will be verified upon your completion of the following three activities. 1. Complete the “Student Information Survey” or indicate if you took the survey in another course this semester. 2. Complete the IHI Discussion in Module 1. 3. Complete the Learning Exercise & Discussion for Week 1 including required replies to peers. Failure to complete the three (3) activities listed above by 11:59 PM on SUNDAY MAY 17, 2020 may prevent you from receiving financial aid.
