Students have the option to collaborate in teams of students (two – five students) for this assignment. Individual students, or teams of students, will work during the second half of the semester to create, and then present, a PowerPoint presentation about their chosen topic at the end of the semester, using a verbal format. For this assignment, if students choose to collaborate in teams, they will complete a Mustang Nursing Learning Team Compact. This compact will serve as a contract between the student and team members to hold all team members accountable to professionalism and/or equal participation in the group activity. Upon completion of this assignment, each student working in a team will complete the Team Evaluation. Lack of individual professionalism and/or participation in the group can result in a failing grade for the assignment. The faculty reserves the right to adjust individual grades within the team, based on individual performance and team participation. Each student will place the Team Evaluation, along with the final product of their team’s work, in the designated NURS 300 Module 14 Assignment Dropboxes.
