After reading the syllabus, I learned that netiquette is a word. Although I do act polite all of the time not just online, I have definitely seen people over the internet acting less than so. Also, I am taking good use of the course map, I copied and pasted it into a word document, and will be using it as a weekly guideline for what needs to be completed.

The syllabus was very informative. Having the days of the week listed out as well as the time zones will be immensely helpful when avoiding missing deadlines. Another thing that will be super useful during this course is the course map. I will be able to print it off, or rearrange it to where it would make sense to me and be able to keep up with the course work.

This syllabus is helpful as it is set up similarly to the syllabus for the last course I took, Concepts in Nursing Leadership. It is nice to have a similar layout so I have a reference point for when assignments are due, etc. I learned that this course has a few different components than the previous course, including blog posts and a group presentation.

The syllabus is incredibly informative and one thing I learned is that this course requires teamwork and group projects. I have not experienced a group project in an online setting so I look forward to seeing how that will go and what I can learn from the experience. The biggest benefit is the course map to use as a reference and stay organized.

The syllabus gives an outline of class topics, weekly assignments, rules and expectations, and the learning objectives for this course. This is given to help students stay organized and know what to expect, as well as to understand what is expected of students. One of the pages has a list of what is due each week and on what day. I will use this to stay on top of all my assignments and time-manage appropriately. Through this particular syllabus, I learned that we will finish the course being able to synthesize knowledge of nursing theories incorporating cultural beliefs, values, practices, and other contextual variables and apply them in nursing practice, nursing research, nursing leadership/administration, management, and nursing education. We will be able to give our patients holistic care by incorporating the knowledge gained through these topics.

I reviewed the syllabus and was able to utilize the course calendar to identify ways to achieve time management. I was able to carefully review larger assignments ahead of time to prepare myself for completing them in a timely fashion without becoming overwhelmed by deadlines. For example while reviewing the syllabus I read about the grand theory group presentation that is due during week 4.

I have read the syllabus. I love having the checklist to ensure that I have completed all required assignments on time. I see that we have a group presentation on Grand Theory and a group paper on Pragmatic Adequacy. I am curious as to how this will work virtually. I am also looking forward to interacting and collaborating with my peers on the group project.

The syllabus for this course was similar in setup to the last course I took in this program. When reading through the course map, I learned that this course contains group projects and multiple discussion post per week which is new compared to the last course. The course map is very helpful to create a plan for when to complete which assignment and prepare for due dates. I do not have any questions at the moment.

I have read the syllabus and understand that any work that is due will be submitted between day 3 and 7. We will also be assigned groups in which we will complete several projects. And most importantly we can reach you via text or call if we have any questions.

One thing I learned in reading the syllabus is that this course requires group work, which I have not yet done in the context of online learning, but I am excited to get started!

After reviewing the Syllabus I learned that we have a course map the details the week of class, the weeks topic and most usefully the weeks objections. Between the course map and the check list on the weekly content tab, I feel very well informed about the responsibilities of this class.
